The comprehensive annual physical examination consist of a fasting blood test (CBC, UA, CMP, TSH, LIPID, A1C). The patient must come in fasting, which means no food intake at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, however, we encourage to drink only water and their prescribed medications. The patient will receive a 2 weeks follow up appointment to discuss the lab results and the follow up visit has no copay.
